Well, here we are at the end of 2010! And what an amazing and eventful year it’s been for us!

Since the end of last year , we’ve met so many wonderful people along the way, and had the privilege of working with some talented individuals. But the best bit for us is the fact we’ve made some great friends within the food community.

Of recent we have been foraging for local farmers and using their produce, Combine with classical cookery and modern techniques, be it free range goat from rawang or fresh vegetables and herbs from cameron and genting highlands, in our cuisine. our aim is to showcase locally produced ingredients that can stand up to their more expensive, imported ingredients. going local with an international influence.
